The Final California Commercial Landings report for 2018 has been posted to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife website. The report consists of summary tables that provide landings information by month, by port, and by area of California.

The 2018 commercial passenger fishing vessel (party/charter boat) landings report has also been posted in summary table form. The tables report the total number of fish kept by anglers and divers for all California trips, and all trips to Mexico that landed fish in California. The landings are summarized by area and by groups of ports.

The landings reports are widely used by various cities, harbors, researchers, and the fishing industry here and abroad to monitor trends in fishing and the economics of California’s commercial fisheries. Reports for the years 2000 through 2017 are also available online.
